Viett does not operate under a policy of refunds or returns. Therefore, refunds and returns are not permitted. The only option available to customers is to request a size change by completing the form on the Request size change page.

Every good purchased from the official Viett website is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. If you acquire a product from a reseller, you can verify its authenticity using the authentication code found on the ‘Viett About’ label. To check authenticity, please complete the authentication form on our Authenticity Check page. After a thorough 12-hour analysis, our team will provide you with feedback regarding the authenticity of your Viett goods.

Due to raising awareness about nature conservation, Viett has decided to take a radical step, which is to refrain from using rigid boxes. Therefore, each of our products is packed in a specially designed Mozzafiato bag, which is made of natural fibers.

The Mozzafiato bag contains the desired products, a receipt, and a Viett postcard.

Viett works exclusively on the principle of limited series, each series is produced in a maximum of 200 pieces. Each series contains its own identification number.

Delivery

The delivery of our products is free, and the delivery time is from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the country. The courier service responsible for the delivery is DPD-Geopost.

The list of countries is not definitive and will continue to expand over time.

Currently, Viett products are available for purchase and delivery in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

Delivery times may vary due to several factors, including flight disruptions, high courier service demand, or adverse weather conditions.

If your shipment is delayed, you can contact us via email at [email protected]. After a thorough analysis, you will receive a response within one hour, providing a detailed explanation of the reasons for the delay.

After completing a purchase on the official Viett online store, you have a 6-hour window to submit a request for a change of delivery address to [email protected]. In your request, please provide the following details: Order number, the current delivery address, and the new address to be designated as the primary delivery address.

Following a one-hour review, you will receive feedback regarding your request.

Once our team dispatches your shipment and receives official confirmation from the courier service, you will receive an email notification indicating that your package has been sent. This email will include your tracking number.

You can track the current location of your shipment by entering the tracking number in the ‘Where is my shipment?’ section at https://www.brt.it/en/.

To ensure that your package has been successfully delivered to your address, a manual signature is required upon receipt.

If you choose not to sign for the delivery, the package will not be delivered. The courier will return the package to our logistics center, and a fee of €50 will be charged for the next delivery attempt. Should the subsequent delivery attempt also be unsuccessful, the delivery will be automatically canceled, and a refund will not be possible.

Our headquoter is located in Italy, Toscana region in the city of Florence.
