For the delivery of rare and exclusive items, Viett collaborates exclusively with (DPD) GEO Post. The company is contractually bound to ensure that all shipments arrive on time and in perfect condition. Every parcel shipped by Viett is insured and fully guaranteed by GEO Post.

Each item is delivered in a custom-designed Mozzafiato box, including:

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched and confirmed by our logistics partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

To track your order, visit: https://www.brt.it/en/ and use the “Where is my shipment?” feature.

Signature Policy
All packages require a handwritten signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable to sign, the package will be returned to our logistics center. A €50 fee will apply for the second delivery attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be canceled automatically and no refund will be issued.
